Money Disappearing From Bank Or Vault
Issue: Some players reported that city money had disappeared from their banks/vault.

Requesting Job Help Prevents Level Mastery In Brazil & Chicago
Issue: Some players reported that, if a friend helped them master a job in Brazil or Chicago and that results in them fully mastering the district, they didn’t receive a mastery popup or reward and they couldn’t proceed to complete jobs toward the next mastery level in the district.
