You will be able to receive your free Cheerleader item by following the steps below:
- Go to the Apps and Games page on Facebook(HERE)
- Scroll to the place where all the gifts/requests are, under the Mafia Wars tab, click on "See requests from ......."
- CTRL+F and search for: "Cheerleader"
- Click on Accept, and it will bring you into the game to receive your Cheerleader henchman!
If you followed the steps above, you will be directed to Mafia Wars and this popup would automatically appear:
Check that you have received the Cheerleader item in the Inventory. If it doesn't appear, you will have to contact Customer Support for the item.

i deleted the request on accident . does someone have a link for the request ?

There is no link for the request, no one has it..
Only think you can do right now, is to contact Customer Support and tell them that you do not have the request. Good luck :)
