To claim your reward, simply proceed to HERE and search for the Mafia Wars tab. If the 10 Mag Energizers are not showing within the 3 requests as shown on that page, click on "See requests from *Insert friend name here*" and search for "Mag Energizers", then click on Accept.
By doing the above steps, you should automatically be redirected to Mafia Wars and this popup would show upon you.
