You will be able to find the Mafia Poker banner on the Home Page of Mafia Wars.
Click on "Play Poker" from the above banner in the game whenever you want to play it.
Send the Poker Cards required for this event via the Free Gifts page. You will have to accept the Poker Cards and spend them to achieve wins to complete this event.
