This feature isn't new for script users. With the Spockholm Toolbar, you can click once on the "Health" text above the Hospital button to heal. With the UnlockedMW Toolbar, you can click on "HEAL NOW!" under the Hospital button.

Many players gave us a feedback that they wanted a more effective and quicker way to restore their health while Fighting.
When your health depletes while fighting with your opponent, you can now heal yourself at a click of a button!
If you click on the cash button, your health will replenish automatically.
We welcome your feedback on this change via this very quick survey and hope that you continue to enjoy Mafia Wars.
We are gradually rolling out this feature so many of you may not be able to view it at the moment.
