Yesterday, I have mentioned the issue that appeared with the rewards from wars we participate in. As I proposed, try contacting Zynga CS in order to fix your account.
Twenty four hours later the problem is partially solved. Now, we may get 2 loot items from wars we join, when the family perk allows it, but we still get only 1 reward from wars we start. Zynga is already aware of this problem and we expect a new fix to appear soon.

Read the in game perks, you should only get double loots when you help. CS doesn't even know better than to tell you that.

Thank you my friend for your comment. The problem appeared for people who were able to receive two loot items for every war they were participating; we assumed that they already had the relating family perk. Earlier today and after the fix was applied by Zynga to the specific accounts, it was noticed that the same people were receiving only one loot item for every war they started.
