There is a Cross Promotion between Mafia Wars, and the new game recently released by Zynga, called the Zynga Slingo. It is a bingo-styled game that combines Slots with Bingo, but with Zynga style.
Not all accounts have already received and seen this popup appearing once you enter the game. However, you can try and use this link
(HERE) which i've been directed to, to earn 30 medals in Zynga Slingo and take away a reward, Spine Plate (145/95) with you back in Mafia Wars. Once you have completed the required task, the reward item may take up to 24 hours to appear in your Inventory.
Once you have earned 30 medals in Zynga Slingo, head back to Mafia Wars and you should receive the following popup thanking you for trying Slingo and to collect your reward, click "Continue".
Check your Inventory for the Spine Plate, once you have received the above popup. If the Spine Plate doesn't appear in your Inventory, do contact support for the item to be credited in your account.
Luckily here you only have to get to level 10 to master the promotion.
The mastery Item is called "Lady Cop" and you need to get to Level 4, 6, 8 and 10 to get the bronze, silver, gold and ruby Item respectively.
