New Golden Promotion Rewards

I just notice this when I level up today... Wanted to share my Golden Promotion rewards then I see that it has the new bonus item : A Windswept!

Golden Promotion Bonus : 20 People per Day

She's one of my best mafia and a very avid player.

It's nice to have the Golden Promotion in our account already.. I'm dying to have it too but no chance yet.

From the screenshot we can see that she can only share the milestone rewards ie Scaled Gauntlet with 20 people per day!

Golden Promotion (Level up bonus) Support Page

3 days ago,Zynga make a new Support Page regrading Golden Promotion.

The 'Golden Promotion' is an additional bonus for leveling up and is gradually being released to all players. Lots of positive feedback has been received and the Mafia team is well aware that all players would like to have the chance of earning extra stats and items through leveling. The customer support team appreciates feedback on this feature and understands some players may feel they are at a disadvantage for not having access to the Golden Promotion.

Unfortunately the support team is unable to make adjustments to give players access to this particular feature. Thank you for your patience and understanding while the Golden Promotion is released to everyone.

Golden Promotion Rewards

Ok, yesterday I have promised to post about the Golden Promotion reward items.

Please refresh your memory about the new promo when you are levelling up by reading this post here and then here.

One of moderator on Zynga Forum board also mentioning that more people have already added this new promo on their accounts, so you might have it too.

SUPERIOR

Mugger Crocodile (Animal 46/85)

RARE

Foxer (Vehicle 70/55)

Croc O'Nine Tails (Weapon 52/73)

Quilled Wristguard (Armor 71/49)

Scaled Gauntlet (Armor 71/41)

UNCOMMON

Arrivederci 20 (Weapon 55/41)

Mystery Shipment

Sometimes there is a chance for you to get random item from Mystery Shipment, which is containing any part for building upgrade. For example : Animal Feed, Forge, etc..

Also there is a chance to get Reward Point, +1 Attack, + 1 Defense.. and for the milestone, you are able to get +3 Attack and +3 Defense. (I will edit this post once I find further info).

Golden Promotion : Regular & Milestone Level Up

Today I've just posted about the Golden Promotion and New Bonuses from each level up we made on Mafia Wars game.

Some facts have been posted too..

Now I will provide some screenshots showing about the facts of this Golden Promotion.
There are 2 kinds of this new promotion of levelling up.. Regular and Milestone Level Up.


REGULAR LEVEL UP

We're all know that this promo is not available for all players yet. Some of lucky players (mostly new or low level players) can have the Golden Promotion everytime they level up!

To get a bonus reward, you HAVE TO use your Skill Points right away.. so when you have 77 Skill Points, use them all! (Will be annoying if you have more than 800 unused Skill Points like Hayden does now) 

Ok, now you're able to share your reward on your FaceBook wall.

The first 3 players will get the same bonus as you. For example : you got +1 Attack, they will have it too.

You got Croc O'Nine Tails loot item, they will have it too.

Etc.. But there is a case where your friend can have different rewards, let's say some cash.
Not sure why this is happening..


MILESTONE LEVEL UP

You got the Milestone every 5x level up, but like I said before you have to watch out before you are about to level up. So you will have a Milestone when you reach level 5, level 10, level 15, etc...
Once you miss the pop up, you can not get it back and have to wait for another milestone.

Again, allocate all your Skill Points to get the bonus reward.. I just did mine and suddenly I got my Milestone reward from one of my best mafia. It is randomly chosen by the game.

Now, you can click on "Share" button. And a group of players will be available.. 

You can also use the "Search" button if you have large amount of mafia.

Just click on the "Post" button and you will send the reward to your selected friend (s).

Once your friend click on the "Get your an Officer" button, they will be able to claim the reward. Too bad, that most of time we can only have this message :

Golden Promotion and New Bonuses

Look for new and exciting bonuses when you reach the next level and share your rewards with your mafia. This feature is not yet activated on all accounts.

Our Gods from Mafia Wars Gods !!! ie Lady Maria Theresa and Fong Whyte give us a detail explanation about  this new promo and bonus when you level up. Thank you very much! 

Here you go, guys...

Golden Promotion and New Bonuses

1. Not everyone has this as of yet
But this promo works from all levels, from newbie up to Gods! (Please check this screenshot below).

2. You receive a level up reward every level and a milestone reward (Golden Promotion) every 5.

3. To receive a reward you must allocate all available skill points at the time.
Just spend the Skill Points once you have the levelling pop-up appears.

4. If you miss a level, you miss the reward.
So please notice when you're about to level up.

‎5. Best regular rewards are +1A or +1D.

6. Best milestone rewards are +3A or +3D...there is also sometimes RP(s) and some nice loot.

7. Sharing rewards
a. Regular rewards can be shared with 3 people...the link remains valid subsequently so if you claim what should be a "good" reward after the sender has leveled up again and gotten a junk reward, you will get junk
b. Milestone rewards can only be shared with a select group (though Fong has figured out a work-around for this)...by claiming the regular reward once the milestone reward becomes available. Also, currently this sharing of milestone rewards by the normal process seems not to be working...people clicking on the gift get an error message saying they can only claim gifts sent to them. Also, even if working, there is a limit, I think 20, to how many you can share a day.

8. The rewards one can claim for oneself appear to be limitless...a test run done by Fong yielded 10 skill points in less than 8 hours. (It will quite vary among players since Fong actually tested 48 levels resulting 10 Skill Points only).

‎9. The rewards you can get from others is limited to 3.

10. From Fong's Live Chat with Mafia Wars CS : Your milestone share list may only consist of friends who don't play Mafia Wars or even if it does, low-levels only. (But from the 2nd screenshot, we can see that high level mafia can also accept the rewards, this is still confusing...). The program is called Golden promotion and this bonus feature is to encourage them to play Mafia Wars.


I can not describe further about this promo as our 2 Gods have given their best explanations.

Just hope that all players have Golden Promo and new bonus soon. Once again, thanks to Lady Maria Theresa and Fong Whyte for the kind info and let me to share this on my silly blog.
