New Limited-Time-To-Request-Upgrade Parts NYC Property: Botanical Garden

The Botanical Garden is our newest limited-time-to-request-upgrade-parts New York City property! You have until 9:00 AM (Pacific Time) on Friday 12/9 to upgrade it to its maximum potential through feeds/requests. The Botanical Garden will retain the level to which you are able to upgrade it by the time the countdown timer reaches 0:00:00, after which the only way to upgrade the property will be by purchasing the remaining parts you need with RP.

The Botanical Garden will allow you to craft some green-thumb loot, including the Botanist (63/101 +4 Defense at ruby level) as you upgrade the property with the help of your Mafia sending you upgrade parts!

Earlier today many players were able to get a glimpse of one of the new upcoming buildable properties in New York: The Botanical Garden. This property was active only for a couple of hours after it was released prematurely. Many players started building the property during the brief time that it was live in the game, but don't worry because when the property is released in early December all of your progress will be saved!

There is no need to submit a ticket for the missing Botanical Garden because it was removed intentionally, and Customer Support will not be able to make any adjustments or credits to your account for this issue.

Upgrade & Build from Botanical Garden

On the previous Botanical Garden post, i've provided screenshots that i've gained access to the property.

Since i have gained access to the Botanical Garden, i have also decided to went ahead and spend 6 Reward Points to upgrade the property to Level 1.

As seen on above screenshot, the Botanical Garden property have been upgraded to Level 1.
Here is how the property looks like in the Properties page now:

Since the Botanical Garden is now Level 1, why not build 1 item from the property?

Today, there was a new property which can be found in New York Properties page, Cemetery.
Since Halloween is around the corner, Zynga chose to release the Cemetery instead of the Botanical Garden property.

I have already activated the Botanical Garden, and here is a preview of it:

For those who are curious on which parts are required to build the property, here is it:
The parts required are the Treated Lumbers, Reciprocating Saws and Plasters.

And here are the items which are buildable from the Botanical Garden:

The Botanical Garden should be released to all and upgradable after the timer for the current property, Cemetery, have counted down to 0.
