The Botanical Garden

Today, there was a new property which can be found in New York Properties page, Cemetery.
Since Halloween is around the corner, Zynga chose to release the Cemetery instead of the Botanical Garden property.

I have already activated the Botanical Garden, and here is a preview of it:

For those who are curious on which parts are required to build the property, here is it:
The parts required are the Treated Lumbers, Reciprocating Saws and Plasters.

And here are the items which are buildable from the Botanical Garden:

The Botanical Garden should be released to all and upgradable after the timer for the current property, Cemetery, have counted down to 0.
