The Next New York Limited Time Property

For users who have read the This & Next Week - 10/14/2011 post, you would have known that there will be another Limited Time Property in New York City next week.

Below is how the new Limited Time Property is going to look like, thanks to Leonard for finding it and Jennifer for posting it on her blog.

Am i looking forward to this new Property? Actually my answer would be NO. Why? We're only able to build 5 items from the New York Properties per day, what for do we need so much properties?
