Zynga thinks that new players would be having a hard time playing the game, thus they 'made a new interface' for beginners.
The trouble with the above image is that, i do not know how to remove those guide telling you to do jobs, fight and collect.. No, clicking on Do Jobs, etc do not remove them.

Up to level 8 (or more??) you can´t send gifts and you can´t see your achievements, you cant go to marketplace but you can buy RP (Whats the point if you can´t spend them??). You cant see if you´re Human or Zombie. you robbing board has only 1 row with 3 and you can´t ask for robbing squad. No Missions, no declare wars, no bossfight, no Top mafia, no My family, even if you got invited you can´t join a family before you reach level 25,
