Crime Spree and Secret Stash Removal

Zynga have finally announced that they have removed the Crime Spree and Secret Stash feature.
However, the reason they provided on removing these 2 features are nonsense. The reason why low amount of users were using this feature was because of the crap rewards/loots which you are able to receive.
I'll look forward in the new and exciting features they claimed though. Hopefully not much spam is needed for the new features..

Crime Spree Feature Removed

The Crime Spree feature have been removed from the game. Zynga have not updated this feature for at least a year already.
Why removing this feature is a bad decision, at least for players? We players are able to get 250 Energy or 200 Stamina from it per day. Players usually use the bonus from Crime Spree to level up, but Zynga chose to get rid of the feature.

There were also no announcement or whatsoever being announced to players before Zynga removed this feature. Shouldn't they at least announce to players that they will be removing this feature before totally removing it from the game?

As you can see on the above screenshot, Crime Spree is already removed.... Crime Spree, you will be missed! :(

Earn Loyalty Points

Ok, so we have new way to get more Loyalty Points now..
You might get this pop up everytime you login to this game for the first time..

Yes, surely we will get some Loyalty Points from purchasing Reward Points.

Yesterday, I have posted about this one.. that you can get Loyalty Points from accepting gift request from your mafia..

From helping mafia from their job help..

Answering Crime Spree request..

And this one from claiming Daily Chance reward..

They are really creative on this one!

And why do have to collect our Loyalty Points?

Because you can upgrade your membership to get more privileges and also able to buy some items from the Marketplace using Loyalty Points..

Zynga added loads of crap for Emerald rank players, together with some pretty good items for Gold and Diamond players.

Check them all on the Marketplace..

Zynga Request Page

So the time has arrived for all of us to be able to accept and send free gifts faster!

Just visit Zynga Message Center or Zynga Request Page by clicking on the icon beside your HELP button on the game bar..

You will be arrived here..

There are 5 tabs, you may view all the gifts or request, view Mafia invites only, view Free Gifts only, Energy packs, or Crime Spree!

I suggest you to click one by one instead of clicking on View All button.. because I have just accepted Energy Pack accidently although I don't need it yet..

You can send back each gift right away to the sender!

There is also one new feature that we're able to earn Loyalty Points from accepting gifts! So open all your gifts and collect all rewards..

The example below is when you claim your Mystery Animal gift from your mafia.. you earned 5 Loyalty Points as well!

This one from answering Crime Spree request and you also earned 10 Loyalty Points!

According to Bossy Don aka Jane from TopMafia.Info, we only able to claim up to 60 Loyalty Points in a day! Thanks for the info, Jane..

The same thing also happen for another Zynga games.. now we don't have to go back and forth on FaceBook request page to do that.

Crime Spree Gift Items

Hi there,

Let's talk about the new generation of Crime Spree..

We used to call this feature as Gift Safe House... but too make it fresh, attractive and not boring, Zynga teams try to make a term of this feature.

These are some of Crime Spree gift items that you can get randomly from opening the safe boxes..

CRIME SPREE GIFT ITEMS

What I don't like from this feature is that the gift items doesn't have a good stats.. So, kind of waste of time to ask from your mafia.
The only attractive items are the mastery or bonus everytime you do level up. Now on the second generation of Crime Spree, there are available new ones.

Of course, these are not a new item of this game.. All of the new mastery items are taken from several of Crates. I took the screenshot from Mafia Wars Wiki page.

Crime Spree Glitch!

I've been reading MWM for some time and I love it. Keep up the good work.
But my comment is to share some bug with you about the crime spree. I don't know how long will it last. I discovered it a few minutes ago and I'm sharing as fast as I can.
Here's how:
send some crime spree requests let at least one get to you, then, go to http://www.pyrabytemedia.com/mafia/tools.php
where you can find a BOOKMARKLET called Spree Unlock (live). Go to Mafia Wars game, do unframe, then go to Crime Spree page and start Spree Unlock (live) and keep clicking "open safe" till you get the item.
I know it works for me. And I've got the Trouble Maker. hehe I AM the TROUBLE MAKER. enjoy :)

Ok, so I tried..

I have put the Spree Unlock (live) bookmarklet and I have one Crime Spree gift from my main account, only 1 gift needed!

Unframed the window of this Crime Spree page (you will need UnFrame bookmarklet).. and click on the Spree Unlock (live) bookmarklet.. you will see this page..

I was at level 6 at that time, and need to do 10 levelling before I can get the special weapon.

So I start to click on OPEN SAFE button, again and again...

Another click.. you have to be patience with this..

Finally, I reach level 16 at the Crime Spree.. but where is my weapon?? Hold on, you need to master this level 16 before you can earn it! Another clicks then..

After I reach level 17... I have made 10 levelling... I got this special weapon in my Inventory!!! Yiipppeee!!!

I forgot to tell, use this glitch at your own risk!

New Crime Spree!

Wooohooo! Lots of changing in our game now..
Will try to describe one by one..

First of all, there is a new icon on top of our game.. It is a Crime Spree icon (marked red).. if you click on it you will reach the Crime Spree page.

We also have a new banner of the Crime Spree..

Once you have answered one of your friend's Crime Spree request, you will no longer able to choose the rewards of 100 Experience! Seems like Zynga removed it and changed +10 Stamina to +40 Stamina and still +50 Energy reward.

Also now you can buy your Crime Spree gifts!
So it's no longer just a free gift now.. you can buy your gifts with 2 RPs each!

The most important thing is Zynga updated Crime Spree to let it drop more loot. If you're on level 10, you will receive items when you level up each time till 20. When you reach level 20 (depending on which level you started), you'll receive a special weapon, Trouble Maker (Attack 55, Defense 46).
So gain 10 levels to receive this weapon!

That's it for now.. need to explore these new changes by myself...
