You just have to join the Mafia Mailing List. Simply enter your email address to receive a limited time item, rewards, updates, and exclusive Zynga game information!
You will receive emails about update news from Zynga.. including how to get free reward points, Zynga new expansion news, etc.
Enter your email address and click on the Submit button.
After you entered your email address, you will receive an email containing the following notification.
Just click on the confirmation button. Voila!!! Congratulation...
So simple, right? You have rare item on your inventory now!
