how on earth do you get the other ones? i only have the first 3 but i see so many ppl have all the other ones y is that im at level 292 shouldnt i have those?

We can get the others by collecting the complete set of collections both in New York and Cuba.
If you already vaulted all collections, now you can do re-vaulted. Of course, you should re-collect the whole collection items again and click the BOOSTS button :D
how do we use the boosts? is it by manual button or automatically?
Those 3 can also be gifted you visit Cuba and click the boosts there to gift them
