Collect your loot item from the icing event first before advancing.
Verify that you have successfully received the reward by clicking on the weapon's image.
There are some changes starting from Ice Season: 09:
- Timer have been changed from 7 days to 14 days
- Ice count have been changed from 1000 to 1500 for diamond

The rewards for each tier remained the same.
