The 3 items parts needed to upgrade the Assassin's Academy are the: Welding Torch, Galvanized Steel and the Reciprocating Saw. Welding Torch is placed in the Free Gifts page to help you in upgrading the property.
The Assassin henchman would be able to help me in my stats, and i would probably be building it. Along with the better 5 new levels and better loot stats, Zynga is offering us more skill points for building the items.
