Similar or the same as the previous Marketplace Sales, purchase 15 items that cost more than 5 Reward Points to receive a Celestial Dragon (182/111). *Loyalty Program, Fight Club, Pawnshop, Treasure Chest keys, Skill Point Reallocation, and items selling for less than 5RP do not qualify for prize.
