Nighcap Secret District in Chicago is available now. There is another 13 Days and 23 Hours before the district expires. Click on "Go Now" on the banner or via the Travel Menu to access the district.
The boss in this Secret District is called the Cici Garrett. You will have to defeat her before you are allowed to proceed onto the second, third or fourth level of the district.
