The Loyalty program and Zynga's loyalty to its players

I am a long time Mafia Wars' player; not since the beginning but almost a "3 years old". For some strange reason I was considering myself a collector. Every month I was paying 100 euros and for what? To get one instance of every new loot item that was appearing in the marketplace. Despite the bugs, the glitches, the issues I was quite happy enjoying playing Mafia Wars. Last September I decided to ask from Customer Support a big favor. There were 18 items missing from my inventory and I was trying hard to get them all: the Da Vinci car from Paris limited time event (this was the time I really started playing MW), the Iron Titan from pignatas (because of a Zynga's fault; I didn't have access to my gifts for almost three weeks), all the ultimate items from the boss fights and a few unreleased items. Ah, by the way, I certainly didn't have Harbinger since I was not a Diamond player. 

During this time I was watching my team mates getting hundreds of RPs daily from customer support, other players' accounts with tenths of boss fights ultimate items and I finally decided to give it a try. The reply was negative. I kept paying the monthly bill until the end of November when I decided to try once more. The reply was once more disappointing. 

So thanks to this I decided to stop paying Zynga... and it was easy enough.

This is the second month in a row that I paid nothing in order to keep enjoying my favorite game. As you see in the picture, my penalty was to lose 2 tiers for not paying. At least until the end of March I'll remain a Platinum player. My only question is: what am I supposed to do the 40,000 Loyalty points I already have? Loyalty program, fight club, pawn shop soon will all be a story of the past.

Thank you Zynga. Finally I stopped being a Mafia Wars addicted payer.

PS. Zynga's secret formula concerning the loyalty program is easy:
500-750 euros in order to become a Gold player.

1,500 euros more in order to reach Platinum level.

5,000-7,500 euros more in order to reach Diamond level.

So if you really need the Harbinger all you have to do is paying 10,000 euros approximately and you'll get it. There are cars that cost even less than this!
