As expected, the Loyalty Program which can be located in the Marketplace will shut down on March 20, 2012. On the 3rd of March 2012, there will be a "event". Zynga mentioned that there will be new items in the store, we'll be able to see these items in a few days time! You will have to spend all your Loyalty Points before the 20th of March, because the Loyalty Program will shut down afterwards.

I'm sure the Loyalty Program and Fight Club, which both are located in the Marketplace, are different features..
Loyalty Program = Depending on your Loyalty Status(Emerald, Gold, Diamond or Platinum), you can purchase things such as loot items, boost, and property build required parts. You will spend Loyalty Points for purchasing items here.
Fight Club = You can purchase Energy Refills and Loot Items using your Victory Coins.
Both are different features!
