We have since banned over 6,400 accounts for abusive botting and handed out over 1,000 penalties for lesser offenses.

Where do you find a set of these "RULES'
and what must we understand by "cheaters"? scripts users? cause that is not cheating. By the way, open and open and open events at the same time while we are asked for finishing this or that city before they close it, and etc well thas is "cheating" too. Players without credit cards deserve the same respect than the people who spent money. I know zynga is not a church, and they do everything for money, but somethings are too much.
