Only giftable items can be put on wishlist.. You can check it by looking at your Inventory, see the "gift box" icon.. or "Add to Wishlist" text..
I wish you would update this loot pate as of Sept 1, 2011. As all the ops loot have drastically changed. I wish you would have included the loot that is you trade, which obviously Mafia Wars is cutting back and selling. One item, the storm chaser vehicle has 74 attack though. And many of the ops offer 98-100 attack or def now.
