When I finish one tier in Brazil, I got this pop up on my game!
It's one achievement for completing all tiers in Cuba!
Cuba is locked already, I missed this city but I just got this Achievement today..
Not complaining for this one tho...
Got +1 Skill Point free..

Too funny. That happened to me before Cuba even closed, I got that achievement randomly when I was still working on the 2nd tier.
