"Rare" Items

Aaron sent me this screenshot of his rewards from one Limited Time Event Mission :

They got to be kidding to name "Mojave Mike" and that white car as RARE items.
And here is his message to all of us here :

Tell me what makes or qualifies either of these items as rare? If we were a business, we would have went out of business or been sued so many times for false advertisement.

I think it's because of the so many time copy/paste missions.

And Zynga always in hurry to make event after event and forgot to change important things before they release new one.

Perhaps the Developers are tired too with the duty to make lots of event.. if only they can share their true feelings with us.. 

So who's to blame now???
