Why woudl there be a minumum health? I can be just as powerful without that much health... health has no effect on fighting right??

Im not interested in joining, im honestly confused about why health is a good thing? I try to keep mine low.
If u'll have low health u will be dead most of the time, u need at least 10k health to survive
