This is great for all new or old players who have not completed Chicago. However, you will run out of Clams since the 2x Mastery allows you to complete jobs faster, thus, lack of Clams.
Along with the 2x Mastery, you also stand a chance in looting the Stray Pistol by doing jobs in Chicago. The drop rate of this item is pretty great, and would drop more in jobs which requires higher energy.
