You will be able to see the banner and image for the Caesar's Mystery Bag on the Home page of Mafia Wars. The banner and image itself doesn't mention when the bag would disappear, but it would probably only be around for 1-2 days.
Send the Caesar's Mystery Bag from the Free Gifts page. You can also send these bags via the Massive Sender(located in MW Addon) or Gift Blaster. Expect to get them back after sending!
I opened 23 Caesar's Mystery Bag before my limit was reached. I managed to grab +5 Attack & Energy Points, and also 4x Ride of Marches.
After you have opened 20 bags for the day, the Caesar's Mystery Bags will automatically be changed into Blue Mystery Bags.
The only great stuffs in the Caesar's Mystery Bags are the +5 Attack, Defense, Stamina, Energy, +1 Skill Point, the Stamina Boost, and lastly, the loot which currently can only be received via the bags, Ride of March.
