If you tries to enter Italy to build items from your Port or collect from the property and such, you will be prompted that the destination, Italy, is locked down.
You are able to "Discover the criminal conspiracy behind the operation" by clicking on the "Continue" button.
Click on the little question mark icon located right next to "LORD OVER LONDON" for more information. The information shown will show you the reward you will receive for collecting Jack o' Lights, and Crew Challenges for London. I would say that the London Cash would pretty much be useless unless London is a destination similar to Bangkok, which requires lots of money.
Close the above popup and click on "Ask" to Ask for Jack O' Lights via Facebook News Feed. You will need to collect 500 of Jack O' Lights to receive 500 London Cash.
Return back and click on "Invite" to invite Crew for London. You will need to have 500 crews in order to receive the Emerald Grand Prize reward.
Hmm, so you may ask, when will London officially arrive? Actually, i do not have any idea, but it would most probably arrive in a few weeks time.
