Once the admin approve your request to join the group, you will be able to post your own link for the Operations.
There are rules for this group, please read it carefully so you know the drill...
What I like is that the members of this group MUST monitor their Operations (for 5 minutes), so they are responsible for their own Operations until it's done.
So when there is a camper (someone who has joined but not finished the slot within 5 minutes), the Operation's owner will message him/her right away - no response immediately then just remove him/her from the Operations.
Also, you don't need to shorten your link! So it's really quick (specially when you don't use any tool to play your game).

I think in most cases operations fail because people do not join it, not because they start and don't finish...
This is an excellent group Ade! I've been a member of this group since it started. Lately though, a lot of new members have not bothered to read the rules to really know what needs be done. That said, it' a great operation sharing group! The admins are friendly and helpful.
To the comment above, operations fail for 3 reasons 1) you don't have enough mafia to join you, 2) you have mafia who join but aren't courteous enough to make sure they get their spot done fast enough and, 3) some mission leaders don't bother to show common courtesy to their helpers by monitoring their mission and ensuring it's done fast.
Those 3 issues are addressed fairly well by this group :)
@Anonymous : I think you have to choose which Operations to publish, so people might interested to join :)
@Nick : Yeah, I agree about it.
And about the the rules, it's because once you're a member, you find it hard to see the rules.

if you are a member of one of the new groups and wanted to see the description for the group, go to upper right corner, where you have the pictures of the members in the group and find the little link" "See all" click on itand you will find the desription ;-)
The best way to have a good experience, is to just follow the rules. There all there for a reason. When used properly. You post your mission, monitor it, that keeps everyone up to date as to, what is needed, as the mission goes along. Also, keeps putting it to the top, so people see it. Leave the mission there in till all spots are finished, so if you end up with a problem, it can be fix while still on the board. If you get a person, that is not finishing there spot in the 5 minutes, remove them, but give them the 5 minutes. Remove your post once done. Oh, and don't forget to help those who help you. Don't harass, I have seen a few people harass I did see someone harass, someone for a prior, mistake. One of the wonderful admin did, take care of it. They are great.
