Not all zynga staff allowed this just with "deaf" ears towards the players. That's just silly.
MW Loot Lady talked about in a previous post (during BEATTHEDEVS day) that one of the Devs, "Nate" commented that this Would come out despite the bothersome aspect of it. They had already planned it.
BUT... He did say that things would slow down after this mission. Hopefully this is true.
Quit complaining, play mafia wars, ignore if you hate the spamming, and move on!
Zynga is a business, and you have to consider that they're spamming to get the word out. That's all i'm saying. -G
I wish Zynga added an opt-out for these events. It's not Zynga spamming us, they want us to spam our friends and our friends spam us in return. I'm not doing this new event, but if someone sends me stuff i will click to send something back. If there was an opt-out, no one can send me stuff and i don't have to feel bad for not returning gifts. For the ones doing the events it's a good thing too: they can only send items to people that didn't opt out, so they're more likely to get items in return.
