He is telling us that there is a new update for FB MafiaWars Addon! Now you can publish your Mini Energy Pack link on your wall using this Addon.

I know that some players hate this Mini Energy Pack! Since we have to beg for them everyday! But not only that, it recommends people who don't play at all and not apart of your mafia! This Mini pack brings some advantages too, where we don't have to spend ALL of our Energy Pack when we're about to level up.
I wonder why they can not make it automatically just like our previous Energy Pack.. 
When we send out our Energy Packs, it will send to some of our mafia randomly.. and if we have large amounts of mafia, we don't need to ask for more since we have enough stock!
At least now you have this tool, so you can just publish the link on your FaceBook wall and ask your best mafia to click on it to send you the Mini Energy Pack.

I just hate the new 6x 25% energy thing.. zynga is turning Mafia Wars into Begging Wars.. I gotta beg for mission help, operation help, property building help, Brazil Crew, limited time mini gifting events, boss job help, regular job help, slot play, energy packs, loots and consumables, parts to build loots in NY, free gifts item,etc etc etc.. I mean what the heck.. flooding the board with please this and please that.. I am sure everyone feels the same..
The little boy on the left of this website is kinda like zynga dancing and showing me his arse as if he is saying "I dont care what people say I'm gonna do it anyway". Hmmm, so zynga doesnt care that we players hate this Begging Wars..
