I can not keep up with so many new events etc and really needs lots of help. So I salute for the team for their kind efforts.. 
We have 2 new operations Take Out a Rival Operation (new version) and Evade the Coast Guard.
From the possible rewards above, we can see that Grim Reaper and Z17 Micro have been down sized!

I cant't find any operations of my own, It has been more than a month that I can only join on friends operations, but I never find them. Does anyone knows why this is happening? Is it because I finished all the cityes?
