Part 1:

Bad Seeds, Big Apple

Take out 15 Rival Family Members from the fight list. (Cost 2 stamina each attack)

 

Do the job "Protect Your City Against A Rival Family" 15 times located in New York, Hitman tier. (Cost 31 energy each job)

Loot Rewards for completing Part 1 of the mission - 4 Venomous' 45 Car Parts and 5 Bulletproof Glasses.

 

Part 2:

Them's Fighting Words

Declare war once, does not matter if you win or lose.

Build 2 vehicles from your Chop Shop in New York.

Take out 12 [PMP] Family Leaders from the fight list. (Cost 4 stamina each attack)

Do the job "Exterminate a Rival Family" 12 times located in New York, Hitman tier. (Cost 36 energy each job)

Loot Reward for completing Part 2 of the mission - 8 Solar Panels.

Part 3:

Invasion

Activate 4 crew members in Brazil - does not matter which one you activate, any will do.

Fight 20 opponents in Brazil - does not matter which target you attack.

Loot 10 Forearm Guards from the "Intimidate the Local Crime Ring" job in Brazil, Belem tier.

Loot Reward for completing Part 3 of the mission - 4 Ottoman Krugs and 4 M45 Overcasts.

Part 4:

Family Matters

 Declare war once. - does not matter if you win or lose.

Rob 9 Headquarters in Brazil.

Take out 15 (MoP) Foot Soldiers from the Fight List. (Cost 6 stamina per attack)

Do the job "Gather Intel From Street Rats" 18 times in Brazil, Manaus tier.

Loot Reward for completing Part 4 of the mission - 5 Field Riders, 5 Special Parts and 45 Car Parts.

Part 5:

Infiltration

Win  15 fights in Brazil - any opponents.

Take out 15 (MoP) Enforcers from the Brazil Fight List. (Cost 7 stamina per attack)

Do the job "Locate a Rebel Outpost" 15 times in Brazil, Manaus tier.

Loot Reward for completing Part 5 of the mission - 8 Aquariums.

Part 6:

It's all Relatives

Win 20 fights in Italy.

Ice 5 opponents in Italy

Do the job "Sabotage A Rival" 18 times. (Cost 40 energy per job)

Loot Reward for completing Part 6 of the mission - 2 Harper 12S and 2 Pairs of Security Gloves.

Part 7:

Darkness Gathering

Win 1 war once, you can help you mafia in their wars.

Rob 9 Barracks in Brazil.

Loot 10 Laser Guided RPGs from Fight in Brazil. << It is dropping in every fight for me.

Do the job "Blow Up A Munitions Dump" 18 times in Brazil, Manaus Tier.

Loot Reward for completing Part 7 of the mission - 5 Spider Monkeys, 5 Special Parts, 45 Car Parts.

Part 8:

Take 'em to the Cleaners

Take out 15 (MoP) Lieutenants from the fight list in Brazil. (Cost 10 stamina per attack)

Ice 10 opponents in Brazil.

 

Do the job "Open Fire On Rebel Fighters" 15 times in Brazil, Manaus tier.

Loot Reward for completing Part 8 of the mission - 1 Death's Head.
