Zynga have decided to update the loot item stats which you can build through the New York properties (Chop Shop, Weapons Depot, Armory and Private Zoo).
Although the item stats have been updated, it is still not the best in the game..
Better items can be hunted from Jobs, Robbing and Fighting.
