On top of the 3x Mastery for Las Vegas and Italy, Zynga will also be offering players who have not completed Brazil and Chicago a 3x and 2x Mastery. There would be a 3x Mastery in Brazil next week, and probably 2x Mastery in Chicago the week after.
Along with the Mastery 'events', you would also be able to receive a Standing Jet Ski in Brazil and a Stray Pistol in Chicago when Zynga is offering the 3x/2x Mastery.
