Today, Team Spockholm have released the Gift Collector bookmarklet on their own website for use.
Get the tool on the Spockholm Mafia Tools Beta Page. Simply drag-and-drop the Gift Collector into your bookmarks bar.
Run the Gift Collector anywhere in an unframed Mafia Wars tab.
Simply click on the drop down menu beside 'Select gift:' to select the gift you want to change to. You can change a gift from Gift A to Gift B.
I chose the "Red Mystery Bag" and selected 20 gifts to change into. To automatically send the gifts back to your mafia, check the button beside "Send gifts back".
Go ahead and click on the green "Start" button if you think you are ready to continue.
The Gift Collector script would now display the Loot you have received, and also the Log.

I am getting an error when using this now, worked great a few days ago! Anything change that you are aware of??
This have been patched by Zynga..
Spockholm updated their bookmarklet to collect gifts now, but you cannot change the gifts anymore.
