If you have been fighting manually, you would have noticed that the layout for the Hospital have been changed today. I'm not sure what the change is for, but for Zynga to go through the trouble to change it, they might have something planned for the Hospital.

The major change here is that the "BUY for 5 RP" button no longer lines up with the "Power Attack" button, so you can't accidentally buy health when madly clicking away attacking someone....
