As usual, it have poor stats and there is no skill point attach which is totally a waste of it to craft.
If you really need it, Just place it on your wishlist and open Mystery bag to get it.
The next one will be Camo Ammo Belt which is useless too and you can also place it on your wishlist to get it too.
