The district based Boss  will be named Jimmy the torch (sorry i lost my saved link of the mission preview ad) will keep on searching and edit this post later :)

 

The story behind jimmy's torch is he is trying to burn London down with it or something like that i guess "zynga fantasy" and sent us a msg saying London will burn and bam London will be released the time after we finish the district or when the time runs out..... all just a guess of mine... cause too bad zynga almost never tell us what is the idea behind of what they release...
