When London first came out, robbing was disabled due to the reason that there are no properties to be robbed at the moment. After a few hours have past, robbing in London is now activated! However, the only property available to be robbed on the Robbing list, is the Olympic Stadium. To rob the rest of the London properties, you will have to wait...
