Did you experience an Attack/Defense Increase or Decrease??

A mix-up recently occured in Mafia Wars which resulted in increases and drops to total Attack and Defense Strength. This problem was quickly identified and has been corrected. Thanks for your understanding.
What has happened?
Identification numbers were mistakenly switched around which resulted in certain inventory items turning into Freighter weapon items. This has resulted in mafia strength increases and decrease over a short period of time.
Will these items be removed?
No items will be removed however the identification numbers that were switched were returned back to normal. Attack and Defense strength changes have also have returned back to normal.
What will Zynga Customer Support Offer?
No item compensation or skill point additions will take place for this small mix up.
