This is the first time I saw the new Live Chat image on Zynga Customer Support page :
If I go to Support page, I can only see the image to send an email to them which usually will take 1-2 days before they response. Sometimes I got ignored and then just forgot my problem at that time.

Well, keep refreshing the page until you see the following page :
Again, if you're lucky, you can have the agent available for you within minutes... but sometimes you have to wait for a moment because they are still assisting other players and need you to wait.. for 3 minutes... then another 3 minutes.. and then 2 minutes... and then 0 minutes... o minutes again... o minutes again...
You may keep refreshing the page until one agent appear and say hi or just leave and re-try in couple of minutes.
For me, this way is worth to try since I know lots of players encounter errors on their game.
Can not click on LOOT section at the GIFTING page.. can not find any special item on one Mission, etc etc..
Live Chat is the fastest way to contact Zynga Customer Support.
But if you find submitting a ticket via email is great too, you can do that.. or choose the Live Chat.
Both is worth it..
Usually after you finish having chat with them, they will ask you to fill in the survey about your experience using Live Chat.
It's almost morning time here and I have not slept yet... guess time for me to sleep...

yesterday i've been waiting for ours, nut non of the agent was enaible to assist me
Just wondering where that link is? It only loops back to this page...
it uses liveperson, you might have to check if you have flash on your computer. it's awesome, i waited less than a minute.
