The banner stating that new districts for Brazil are coming soon have been placed up on the social modules area. If you didn't have a chance to look at the image, i have uploaded an image below.
Great choice for city expansion since we majority have already completed Brazil. << Not sure if the job ratios are good.. We'll see! :)
