It is gone already.It was meant to be there for a very short time
If you want to reallocate your points,this is the time
Go to MarketPlace and click Stats Items
You will have 2 choice :
Reallocate 50 points for 50 Reward Points
Reallocate 10 points for 10 Reward Points
It should stay till 12am Zynga time then it will remove again.
