Along with the 3x Mastery, you will also have a chance to loot the Magnum Shotgun in Las Vegas.
The Magnum Shotgun will drop randomly from any jobs. I did a job in District 1 once, and received the Magnum Shotgun. The Magnum Shotgun doesn't have wonderful stats, so i see no point farming this weapon.
