From Street Thug until Boss level..
Now, we're unlocking job mastery items.. the secret item hidden in every level that we've 3 stars mastered.
Here they are... taraaaaaa.....
Job Mastery Bonus - New York
* Street Thug: Pistol Bayonet = +4% damage dealt in fights.
* Associate: Bugatti = -7% damage received in fights.
* Soldier: Golden Skull = a 30 second reduction on your health regeneration timer.
* Enforcer: Money Plate = a 5% discount on property purchases.
* Hitman: Chainsaw Bayonet = a 30 second reduction on your stamina regeneration timer.
* Capo: State Senator = a 5% discount on property repairs.
* Consigliere: Helicopter = a 30 second reduction on your energy regeneration timer.
* Underboss: Private Island = a 5% bonus on job experience.
* Boss: Golden Throne = 2x the energy regenerated per regeneration period.
If you haven't find those items yet, go quickly master all jobs.. Remember, special for the last item, Golden Throne, we can't gain it if we haven't mastered all the jobs before. So make sure you do this last..

If I Master the Consigliere level, but I have not mastered the "Capo" tier, will I still receive the "bonus item" for Consigliere (helicopter)?
I just got the golden throne without mastering underboss first. Have the others, though.
will i still get the property repair bonus now that robbing is no longer available ?
I read someone else's blog about completing boss before underboss, then after they got the golden throne, returned to finish underboss that much quicker with the doubled energy.
One of my mafia members said she'd heard that I might need to have at least one tier mastered from every MW level, which I had, since I'd completed 1 tier of underboss already.
And I got the golden throne with the double enerbgy! Now I'm finishing up underboss sometime tonight or tomorrow (Moscow distracted me a lot LOL).
I just completed Boss and got the throne. I completed the first two levels of Capo, and the first levels of Consigliere and Underboss while waiting for Boss jobs to become available, but you do NOT need to master all the lower levels to get the prize.
hi i have a problem with street thug job i have done 7 job tires in ny by mistake i click again on street thug job my all stars gown ......wat happen any answer ?????

I have mastered all New York tiers and like to do Street Thug job without any problem or error occured. I think it's no problem as long as you didn't lose the mastery items..
I have seen one account who already got the mastery items but the bar is still not full yet, eventough its says that already completed the tier! :p
Perhaps just one of Zynga bugs..

I have the same issue with the Street Thug tier which I had already mastered. And the 'What Else You Got' achievement in my profile does not count the street thug tier.. So there's your problem
Hey I have the Soldier tier 3 Mastered (and I swear I didn't even did a job there after tier 1 mastery), but, I don't have the item.
same, i just mastered the enforcer job tier witout doing it but didnt recieve the item
i also got a cossack armored vest for free without even doing chapter 4 of moscow
Same to me, I lost all stars at Street thug, but achievement stayed. At the same time I mastered El Soldado at Cuba without a single mastered, but I didn't get the achievment. How this sucks.

i got the Golden Throne before i finished Underboss
finished boss, but now going back to finish underboss. I have the throne, but after leveling twice and getting my daily experience bonus (and blowing thru that) I still cannot see what the throne does for me. Can somebody explain in plain english and not just quote the Zynga description... I can read. Just not seeing 2x anything. Thanks for any insight.
every five minutes you gain an energy... with the throne you gain 2. so after a whole day of not doing jobs, you have twice the energy. you don't get 2x when you level up or refill, just on energy gained over time. I am having same issues with losing job mastery, but i haven't lost bonus
i get barsuk suv wow i went to my invertory and it was just there i am lvl 80 and i havent completed the ny tier anybody knows why???
I had the same bug like Hussain, but i mastered street thug, associate, el soldado and el capitan and got the job tier bonuses and the items (in cuba) but now it says to me that the mastery on the jobs of this tiers are 0%, i to it again and they are staying on 0%, i can't get the 2 achievements (NEXT!, WHAT ELSE YOU GOT). Pls tell me how can i remove this bug ??
I mastered ALL levels in NY, I have ALL 3 star level mastery through the last Boss level. my accomplishments read i only mastered 7 out of 9, I received No "What else you Got " reward , and there is no way to go back and replay any level below level 3 (which already shows completion. Now i already mastered 3 the "Consigliere" and i am planning to go now to "The Boss" and make it Mastered 3... if i do that, would i get the Golden Throne reward?

Now in Big Apple Week, you can get Golden Throne without mastering any lower tiers first.. have fun! :D
I finished the Soldier tier with 3 star but did not receive the Golden Skull. I have the helicopter and the Golden Throne but my the time my energy takes to regenerate stays at 2 minute and 30 seconds even though I am a maniac.
Okay. I found out that my energy regenerates two at a time after I got the Golden Throne. So, ignore my last sentence. I have 8 of the bonus items. I do not have the Golden Skull. But I do have the title of Master Soldier. Did this happen to anyone?
at least level 1 mastery on each job, you can get the level 3 mastery bonus of the boss...
I am a level 243 Maniac, I finished all 3 tiers in NY, I have ALL 3 stars in the Boss. My accomplishments read I only mastered 8 out of 9, I received No "What else you Got " reward or the "Golden Throne".
Hi, I went back to boss and clicked on Buy Off a Federal Agent and I received the "What else you Got" accomplishment. I now receive 2 energy points every 2:30 minutes. (I had already completed all NY levels, I just decided to give it a try).
i have finished all moscow levels but boss jobs for episode 4 5 n 6 r locked....how will i get my mastery reward??????

It's not true, I finished boss tier first and got the golden throne (with double energy) so I could master underboss much faster.
I got the golden throne without having mastered ALL the other job tiers, underboss job tier not even completed level 1
before boss i mastered only 3 tiers (street thug,associate and hitman) and i received the golden throne.....now i have 2 energy points per regen timer....i'm so happy.....just a lil+ tip.....i'm now level 190 and it's better to master it earlier......yeah it took me a lot of energy.....actually 50 levels......i wanna ask u something......i'm level 190 nad i have attack 300 defence 250 health 140 energy 600 and stamina 135.....is this good
I complete all the tiers in New York, have all the trophies, but I didn't get the "What else you got" achievement. What can I do?
to the guy who got the golden throne earlier. Sure, it's ok,but you have no weapons. At your level, I am swamped with Moscow and and Cuba loot. Got 45 State cars for example. That's a lot of power. Defense strength at 35,000(mafia size 310)
I completed all of the NY tiers and did not recieve the "What Else you Got" achievement. I didnt notice it before in the Boss tier but I only have one star and it should be 3 stars. So disappointed since I worked so hard for that achievement. Anything I can do????
I too completed the NY Tiers just yesterday 1-13-10 and still did not get the Achievement. Whats going on?
I have completed Street Thug, Associate, Soldier, Consigliere, Underboss, and Boss in that order. My Golden Throne works perfectly fine but my Private Island has never worked. Is there any way to fix this issue?

This is in reply to my message above from yesterday.
I wrote Zynga an email yesterday and they issued me a troubleshooting ticket. This morning I received a reply from them saying that they fixed it, I logged into MW and sure enough I was awarded the achievement and was able to share the wealth of it with my buddies.
I have completed Underboss at level 194 and got PRIVATE ISLAND. But its not working for me. Its not giving me 5% bonus on job experience. Is it a bug? can any one give me zynga's mail ID.
And by which level should we complete Boss to get golden throne? If we complete Boss later of that prescribed level, are we not going to get Golden Throne?
for all those having trouble with not getting the "What else you got?" achievement: I had the same issue (it showed I only had 8 when I knew i had done all of them), what I did was figure out which tier I was missing the reward from (in my case I was missing the Helicopter from the Consigliere job tier). What I did was just pick a random job in that tier and do it. Once I did it, I was rewarded the "What else you got?" achievement. Must be some sort of Zynga glitch but I hope this helps everyone
