report for an error and nothing they do for it
maybe zynga want for regular players to stop play, and will play only this who spend lot of money. so this is end of us "daily players" who want to play ?

This is the working link. You may have to refresh the screen a few times before it becomes active. If all the agents are busy the link comes up empty at times. Just keep trying. It is NOT for paying customers only. It is for all players who need support. They have been more then helpful. Often offering free reward points, other times finishing up missions. I have not had a bad experience EVER! With the exception that it seems I need help every other day because of Zynga. The LivePerson support has been very helpful.
