Due to the bugs of
UnderWorld Showdown event,I decided to go to the Support and see if it can be fixed by the agent.But i reached the site and know that the Support site is under maintenance.
I went to forums then I saw a notice it says their Support site will be under maintenance till 12:01am(PST).That is around 30 more mins before the site is back :D
Until then just wait!
