Boss Fight Consumables Dropping and Free Gifts

The boss fight consumables that will be used for the coming Boss Fights event are now dropping in jobbing, fighting and robbing. One of the consumable, Shotgun Blasts is available to be sent through the Free Gifts page too.
We can only accept 40 Shotgun Blasts daily via Free Gifts!

Does this mean that the Boss Fight event will be released soon? If i'm not wrong, it was Jennifer from the MW LootLady Blog who had mentioned that it will be released on 11 May 2011. Let's wait.... =)
